The Wild Mushroom Restaurant open from Wednesday to Sunday Lunch.

Fine dining in chic surroundings in our converted Sussex farmhouse, which we opened in 1998. A secluded and intimate dining experience for all. Offering exceptional wild & natural, seasonal & local ingredients including local meat, Rye Bay & Hastings fish & shellfish, foraged  and wild seasonal ingredients.

Offering Modern English Cuisine mastered by Paul Webbe and presented by Head Chef, Chris Weddle. Sample menus are available on this website, but please note menus change frequently. Special Diets, allergies and vegetarians/vegans are accommodated with ease, and with prior notice.

Paul Webbe will pass on his infinite knowledge of the mycelium world growing beneath your feet.

You may only gather just a few mushrooms (if you find any!) and always leave some to preserve nature.
