Arrive at 9am at Webbe's Rock-a-Nore for coffee and an informal introduction to your morning.
Firstly, you'll visit the local fish market to learn all about the day's freshest catch. Upon return to our restaurant/classroom, you'll learn how to prepare and fillet your fish. Chef/owner, Paul Webbe will then cook you your lunch using the fish that you have helped him prepare.
