A very special cookery school. Meeting at the cookery school in Rye at 9am you'll then head out, as a group, to forage for your lunch in near by woodland. Some drivers and vehicles will be needed. Paul Webbe will help you to look for our prized local fungi and teach you how to safely identify and pick wild mushrooms.
It's then back to the cookery school kitchen where you will prepare what you have foraged and incorporate it into a delicious 7 course lunch, enjoyed with a glass of wine (or two).
