Definitely one for the weekend! This is an evening only event, starting at 6.00pm and approximately finishing at 10.00pm.
Under the guidance of our resident fish expert, Paul Webbe, you will learn what the difference is between Sushi and Sashimi and how to make both. Dishes will be made using locally sourced fish, meat and vegetables so there is something to satisfy everybody's tastes.
The dishes made will be accompanied by 5 different shots although a non-alcoholic option is also available. There are 15 places available for this event - so bring a friend!
