Job Description for Commis Chef

Webbe's at the Fish Cafe is looking to recruit a full-time Commis Chef/s . We are located in Rye and only a 5 minute walk from the bus stop and train station.

Salary: to be discussed at interview in line with experience

Experience would be great especially if you've worked with seafood and fish - our speciality but you will receive training on the job. It's a busy restaurant especially in the summer season so you need to be motivated, able to multi-task and have the ability to work under pressure.

We want to hear from anyone who has a hard work mindset and a real passion and flair for food and is looking to kickstart their career in catering. Working along side our chef/owner, Paul Webbe, this is a fantastic opportunity to learn new skills in an established restaurant.

This position would suit a school/college leaver

Job Type: Full-time, permanent contract

Salary: £20,000 - £21,000 Per annum
