Webbe's Restaurants, an independent, family-run restaurant group relying upon bookings being honoured by our guests or sufficient notice being given of any required changes to reservations. We therefore kindly request that diners give adequate notification if a cancellation or an amendment is required: For tables of 1-5 guests we request 24 hours’ notice of cancellation or amendment wherever possible. For tables with 6 or more diners we require 48 hours’ notice of cancellation or amendment. For parties booked in any of our private rooms we require 72 hours’ notice of cancellation or amendment. For reservations of 6 or more, we will require a £10 per person deposit to secure your booking, refundable if the cancellation rules are adhered to, namely within 48 hours. A charge of £25 per person will be made if the cancellation terms above are not met. Unfortunately, our experience of parties failing to cancel or amend bookings dictates this precaution is now necessary. Unfortunately, we are unable to hold unconfirmed reservations. We politely ask that you arrive at your time of booking, not before, or contact us if you are running late. 

We hold tables for 15 minutes and will release it if we have not been contacted. To ensure that we can cater for you appropriately, please notify us of any dietary/allergen requirements prior to your visit, and also when ordering. By making a reservation at any of Webbes Restaurants, Webbes at the Fish Café, Webbes Rockanore or The Wild Mushroom, you agree to our reservation and cancellation terms.
