Job Description for Sous Chef

We need an experienced Sous Chef who has a passion for fish & seafood and is capable of producing high quality plates in a busy restaurant. We want someone who is enthusiastic and is capable of being a key player in our 2 busy kitchens.
From the ability to present your excellent culinary skills to helping supervise and mentor skills and performance, you will be working with a small but professional team. You will be expected to help maintain the integrity and high standards of our kitchens working closely with our headchef.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £28,000.00 - 33,000.00
Salary negotiable to proven relevant experience.
5/7 day rota. Christmas Off Duty
