The Wild Mushroom Restaurant open from Wednesday to Sunday Lunch.

Fine dining in chic surroundings in our converted Sussex farmhouse, which we opened in 1998. A secluded and intimate dining experience for all. Offering exceptional wild & natural, seasonal & local ingredients including local meat, Rye Bay & Hastings fish & shellfish, foraged seasonal ingredients.

We offer themed Gourmet Food and Wine Evenings.

Offering Modern English Cuisine mastered by Paul Webbe and presented by Head Chef, Chris Weddle. Sample menus are available on this website, but please note menus change frequently. Special Diets, allergies and vegetarians are accommodated with ease, and with prior notice.

We will be closed from Wednesday 2nd of January to Wednesday 16th January and will re-open on Thursday 17th January.
Please note that our bar and conservatory will be closed for maintenance from Wednesday January 30th until Sunday February 10th 2019, you will kindly be invited to go straight to your table.

Paul Webbe will pass on his infinite knowledge of the mycelium world growing beneath your feet.

You may gather just a few mushrooms (if you find any!) and always leave some to preserve nature.
