Join Paul Webbe on a mushroom forage looking for our prized local porcini. 9am, Meet at Webbes at the Fish Cafe in Rye, TN31 7AT, drive to the local woods, where he will teach you how to safely identify and pick just a few wild mushrooms. We always pick sparingly to protect our precious environment. Then it's back to the cookery school kitchen where you will prepare and incorporate these delicious morsels in to a 6-course lunch. Bring your wellies, then you may change when you get back to the kitchen! A hands on activity, in the woods, and kitchen! 

We ask some participants to drive, following Pauls car, and to take fellow participants too please.
