Meeting at cookery school at 9am you'll then join us on a wild mushroom forage where you will be looking for prized Chanterelles. Paul Webbe, our resident mushroom expert, will teach you how to safely identify and pick wild mushrooms.
It's then back to the kitchen in Rye where you will prepare and cook what you have foraged culminating in an amazing six course lunch.
