Assistant Restaurant Manager, Webbes Rock-a-Nore, Hastings
Webbes family group of Restaurants seeks an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team. Working at Webbes Rock-a-Nore, our Hastings Seafood Restaurant, running a fast paced established business. Covering a mixture of split shifts and some straights, including weekends and bank holiday work, as these are our busiest times. A hands on role giving the best of customer service. Order taking, cashing up, using ResDiary booking system and Epos Direct billing system. With shared responsibility for staff rotas, timesheets, ordering and email correspondence. Must have strong leadership skills, be highly organised and able to undertake IT administrative duties. Must be a good communicator and set a positive example to the team. We seek an experienced candidate with good food and wine knowledge. If you are keen, smart, hard working and politely spoken then we are interested in your application. Assistant Restaurant Manager, Rye
Webbe’s Restaurants are on the lookout for an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our busy restaurant in Rye. Working alongside the Manager, you will play an intrinsic role to the seamless running of the restaurant. This will be a hands-on role which will involve acting as a role model for all front of house staff, maintaining the restaurant (taking orders, cashing up, using ResDiary booking system and EPOS Direct billing system), planning staff rotas, updating timesheets, responding to all customer’s needs and acting upon them efficiently, monitoring the quality of performance during service and reporting any issues. Handling email enquiries and carrying out other administrative tasks. There will also be some movement around their group supervising at their other restaurants. We are looking for someone passionate about providing outstanding customer service, well presented and politely spoken with strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate others into action with an aptitude for problem-solving and decision-making, capable of multitasking and strong work ethic, proficient in Microsoft Word, Office and Excel Full UK driving licence and use of own transport is essential, sound exciting?
