The Kitchen Cabinet - a brand new audience-based food programme for BBC Radio 4, chaired by Jay Rayner, which will be recording at The George in Rye on Wednesday 22nd February, in the run-up to the Rye Bay Scallop Festival.
We'd be really chuffed if you'd join us on the night: we'd love there to be as many local food lovers and scallop experts in the audience as possible.
It's easiest to describe The Kitchen Cabinet as a culinary version of Radio 4's Gardener's Question Time - aimed at a food-loving multicultural audience, from 15 to 105 yrs of age.
The audience who come along are invited to ask our panel of chefs, food writers, food scientists and restaurateurs anything and everything to do with food.
Jay Rayner's our host, our venue will be the Ballroom at The George in Rye, and tickets for the recording are free.
Doors will be open at 6.30pm, and the recording kicks off at 7.30pm, though we're asking our audience to arrive by 7.00 pm at the latest.
Free tickets for a new Radio 4 food programme, recording at The George In Rye on Weds 22nd February at 7 for 7.30pm.
