Good Food Hunting & Cooking Week/Days
Each day the students will go with Paul to buy ingredients at good local suppliers at source like Hastings fisheries, dairy & meat farms with a chance to learn about what makes them so good and how to choose and buy before coming back to Rye to cook what they've bought in delicious recipes written and taught by Paul.
It is always a privilege to shop with a chef and to meet people with a passion and deep knowledge of what they produce. The idea is that it makes a complete cooking course in five days for all abilities, going through each food type and ingredient throughout the week. Everyone from the beginner to the experienced will gain something new.
If you can only manage one, two or three days and not the whole five that is alright too as each day will be self contained and adapted to the students. Everyday will include vegetables, herbs and added extras. With our ingredients we will produce a multi course gourmet lunch.
